Ryan O’Laughlin brings together over ten years of experience in clinical social work, counseling, and therapy to create a highly empathetic and individualized approach to treatment. Ryan creates a safe space for those who need support. His practice is trauma informed and non judgmental. His practice is also anti racist, sex positive, LGBTQIA+ competent, and gender affirming. He works with artists, college students, mothers, women, sex workers, neurodivergent individuals, queer and trans community, & people who struggle with anxiety & trauma. Some topics include grief and loss, codependency, self discovery, and mood symptom management. Ryan uses a mix of active listening, strengths based, goal support and uses empirically based treatment models such as DBT and EMDR.
