Kimberley Fisel, M.A., LMFT

Ms. Fisel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; practicing in the field of mental health and relationship therapy for 19 years, She is skilled at addressing a wide range of mental, relationship and behavioral health difficulties in adults, adolescents and families. Ms. Fisel is adept at working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, developmental delays, behavioral issues, infidelity, academic difficulties, socialization and spectrum disorders.

She has experience with individuals, couples and families who are experiencing separation, grief and loss, trauma and adoption and various life transitions; her experience includes understanding nuances of same-sex relationships, culturally diverse backgrounds, gender issues and other societal challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is a strength-based, systemic approach utilizing different modalities geared toward the unique needs of the clients she serves.  She believes connection and resiliency are paramount to living a fulfilling life and making lasting changes.

Trained as a clinical supervisor by the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, she also works to support and guide interns and other professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge of therapy.  Her intention is to ensure that new professionals are practicing in a manner that is ethical and supportive of clients.
