Beau Brindley, Psy.D.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate trauma, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, and relationship challenges in variety of clinical settings. I work with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds. I am committed to creating an inclusive, supportive, and healing space for everyone.
I use a warm, empathetic person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to reach individual’s needs. I am formally trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and trauma focus therapies; all evidence-based practices that help people process difficult experiences and gain deeper insight into their thoughts and emotions. I practice in person as well as telehealth and believe that an authentic human connection is essential to meaningful change.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from La Salle university, a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the same institution. My goal is to have you moved towards greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being at your own pace and in your own way.
